Jillian San Pedro
Jillian completed her LLB degree at the University of Witwatersrand and was admitted as an attorney in 2019.
Jillian commenced her articles at Alan Levy Attorneys in 2017, where she assisted a variety of body corporates and home-owners associations, in their levy collections, owner disputes and general sectional title advice.
Jillian rose quickly at Alan Levy, and she was promoted to partner in 2021, where she was a leader in her field, and offered training and guidance not only to her clients but also to junior attorneys and support staff.
Jillian is a sectional title specialist, with over 5 years post admission experience, and has a keen skill for resolving litigious disputes in both the Magistrates’ Court and High Court.
She has vast experience in not only sectional titles but also civil litigation, contract law, commercial and residential disputes, evictions, and debt collection.
She is always eager to litigate for her clients, however, she has a special ability for resolving diputes in the most difficult circumstances.
